To produce your reading we collect exactly what the order form asks for: your name, email address, gender, birthplace, and date and time of birth. That is all. We do not collect passwords, we run no advertising trackers, and we never see your card details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
Your birth details are used for one purpose: computing and writing your personal reading. Your email address is used to deliver that reading and, if needed, to help you with your order. We do not use your data for marketing lists, we do not build profiles from it, and we never sell or share it with anyone for their own use.
Your data passes only through the service providers required to produce and deliver your reading: Cloudflare (which hosts the service), Stripe (which processes your payment — your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us), the secure AI writing service that composes the written interpretation from your computed chart, and Resend (which delivers your report email). Each receives only what its step requires.
Your report stays available at its online link for about 90 days. When the link expires, our stored copy of your report — and the birth details inside it — is deleted automatically from our systems. The emailed copy is yours to keep. One thing lives longer, as with any online purchase: the payment record held by Stripe (your name, email and order details), kept for as long as financial record-keeping requires. If you ask us to delete your data (see Your rights below), we remove everything within our control.
You may ask at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cosmicguide.app and we will act on the request promptly. This address is also the contact for our designated data-protection officer and for any privacy question or concern, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
If you order a reading for a family member or friend, please make sure you are entitled to share their birth details with us; we use them exactly as described above and for nothing else.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. The promise at its core — your data is used only to produce your reading, and is never sold or shared — will not change.
